Apparently White Post, in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley, was in the "Land of Oz", at least as of the late 1930s when a classic film dealing with this subject was made. Although there is no evidence of it today, at one point it was within walking distance of the Emerald City, at least if you found the right traveling companions...
