What's the cost for shipping?
Nothing! Ever. You read that right. FREE SHIPPING for your entire order.
Where do you ship the products?
Our products ship anywhere in the world. Please note that there are slight manufacturing differences between our various suppliers around the world but that wherever you live and wherever your prints come from, they'll be professional quality.
When will my order be ready to ship?
The production process takes 3 business days and your order will ship immediately after that.
How do I hang my prints?
Your canvas comes with easy, pre-installed hanging hardware. Simply place a screw or nail in your wall where you'd like the picture to hang, and hang it there.
How is the canvas mounted in the frame?
The print is mounted in the frame using a combination of tension and adhesive. We do not recommend removing your canvas from its frame, or attempting to put a different image within the frame. Photodecor.net is not responsible for any damage done to your canvas or frame by attempting to remove or alter the frame or canvas.
Is there anything besides the black border on the outside of the frame available?
The black border comes standard on all prints from photodecor.net. Some canvas prints look great when they're wrapped around the edges, but not all do. The impact it has on the composition of the picture necessitates standardizing all of our prints with a black border.
What's the return policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with regard to the workmanship and quality of materials used to produce your canvas gallery print. We strive to deliver the highest quality products.
If there's something wrong with your print, notify us right away. Reports of shipping or concealed damage must be made within 72 hours of receipt in order to qualify for a replacement.
Replacements also require our 3-business day production time. The replacement will be shipped under the same shipping service.
Alteration of the product in any way, including removing the canvas from its frame, or
attempting to put a different image on the frame, is not covered by our return policy.
